Hello!  My name is Valerie.  I am experienced and being a native of Texas, I am well versed with the real estate sector and its market as well understanding with the military.
My strengths include professionalism, great customer service practices, detail oriented, dependability, and organization. I am a people person who can work alone or as part of a team. I have a vast knowledge of computer programs and operating systems. I am an experienced trainer and a firm believer when trained properly your team is your strongest resource. I have experience in marketing to a variety of companies and communities.
I have been worked in Property Management for over eleven years.My responsibilities were to acquire new leases, collect rent from tenants, prepare lease contracts, supervise repairs and maintenance activities, prepare records of rent and expenses, maintaining and updating records, monitoring financial transactions, collaborating with accountants and auditors, tracking expenses and writing reports and etc.
I am now currently in Real Estate full time. I have been in the market for over 7 years and have knowledge and experience. As an agent I gather, provide, and explain details of current market conditions, pricing, legal requirements, and similar information. I assist selling clients with pricing based on current market values. My specialties include buying, selling, residential, luxury homes, commercial, farm and land as well as property management.
